These terms explain how ZOOMIES works and what each person using it agrees to.
To be completed: Company name, registered address, company number and governing law need to be supplied before launch.
What ZOOMIES is
ZOOMIES is a marketplace that connects dog owners with independent dog walkers. Walkers are not employees of ZOOMIES. ZOOMIES provides the platform, matching, booking, messaging and records for each walk.
Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your login secure and be responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
Bookings
A booking is a direct agreement between the owner and the walker. Prices, platform fees and any discount are shown before confirmation. Cancellations follow the cancellation policy.
Walker obligations
Walkers must provide truthful profile information, hold any licences or insurance required where they operate, follow each owner's instructions, and report incidents immediately.
Verification
A verification badge only appears on a walker's profile once that specific check has been recorded as complete by our team. Where a check has not been carried out, the profile says so.
Liability
To be completed: Liability, insurance and dispute wording must be drafted with a qualified adviser.
