Your dog deserves someone you can trust.
We only ever show what we can prove. A badge appears on a walker's profile when the matching check is complete — never by default.
Identity verification
Walkers submit government ID. The badge appears only after our team has reviewed and recorded that check.
Background checks
Where a background check has been completed and recorded, the profile says so. Where it hasn't, the profile shows the verification status instead.
Insurance
Walkers can submit proof of insurance. We never describe a walker as insured unless that document has been reviewed.
Dog-handling experience
Experience, skills and references are part of every walker application and are reviewed before a walker becomes discoverable.
GPS-tracked walks
When a walker starts a walk, their device records the route. If location is unavailable, the app says so rather than showing a route.
Support and incidents
Walkers have an SOS action during every walk, and owners can report an incident against any booking. Reports are tracked until they're resolved.

In an emergency
If a dog or person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in your country first. ZOOMIES does not contact emergency services on your behalf. Reporting an incident in the app alerts our team so we can follow up with everyone involved.
