Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone), owner profile and addresses, dog profiles including behaviour and medical notes, bookings and payments, messages, walk records including GPS locations recorded during a walk, and verification documents submitted by walkers.

Owners see only their own dogs, bookings, payments, messages and addresses. Walkers see only their own work and the dog and access details needed for a booking they have accepted. Verification documents and payment records are never publicly visible. Location data recorded during a walk is visible only to the owner and the walker.

You can edit or delete your dog profiles, update your details, and delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and dog information.
