Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a walk from the booking screen while it is requested or accepted. Once a walk has started it can no longer be cancelled.

Walkers can decline a request, or cancel an accepted booking. The owner is notified immediately and can rebook another walker.

Recurring walks can be paused, edited or cancelled at any time from your bookings.

To be completed: Cancellation windows and any late-cancellation charge need to be set once payments are live.
